Welcome to the youth leader development website. This is the site where you will download the resources to help you develop leaders in your local church and ministry context. There are three dimensions to leader development (Character Development, Leadership Development and Practical Youth Ministry) and the objective is for a youth leader in a local church to use the material alongside hands-on ministry involvement, to develop character, capacity and competencies within the leaders they are developing. We have divided the material into 11 sections - that can be downloaded and worked through monthly from January to November. There are outcomes for each item and also a significant website for the leader to explore during the month. It would be wise to schedule weekly meetings with the leader you are guiding through the training and ensure that the material is being read and implemented in their life and ministry.
